Two New Phenomenal Podcasts.

I was on two awesome new podcasts in the last few weeks and so rather than writing a long blog post this week, I’d like to share links of how you can listen and/or watch the episodes.

Additionally, I’d like to give a shout out to each of these podcasts which are really amazing and worth a listen and possibly a subscribe!

The Prosperity Gap

My first interview was on the podcast called, The Prosperity Gap. The host Dave Hall is an experienced and thorough interviewer. The tagline of the show is,

The Financial Gap Between Where you are and Where you Should be.

It is a fun show and I first learned about it from the show producer and coordinator, CR, when we met on Instagram. Both CR and Dave have a good thing going here!

Anyway, here is a link to the audio version of the show:

Episode 16: Emotionally, Physically, Spiritually & Financially Broke to Debt Free

If you’d prefer to watch a video of my interview you can go here:

I really enjoy Dave’s style of interviewing and his forethought to pull out actional advice. If you do too, subscribe to this podcast on whatever platform you prefer to listen to podcasts.

Everyday Courage

My second interview in the last few weeks was with Jillian Johnsrud who I adore. I first met Jillian at CampFI Southeast Florida last year. Actually it was my birthday (January 12th) weekend one year ago. Jillian and I were roommates and thoroughly enjoyed one another’s company.

Jillian recently launched a new podcast under the ChooseFI family called Everyday Courage. Every week there is a new bite-size episode for the busy person who only has small pockets of time in which to listen.

Jillian is a very talented interviewer and has this calming effect on anyone in her sphere. She, herself has an inspiring story and loves finding others with inspirational messages. Ultimately, it’s to bring hope to listeners to live their most courageous lives!

You can listen to my interview with Jillian here:

Episode 5: Recovery and Healing with Deanna Broaddus

If you are looking for little bits of inspiration weekly, subscribe to this stellar new podcast!

Closing Thoughts

I’m always humbled when I’m asked to share my testimony or be interviewed. Why do I share? Because the bible tells me, “And they have conquered him by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony.” – Revelation 12:11.

Additionally, I have a good friend who says that it’s not my story to not share. It’s God’s story displayed in my life. I’m forever grateful to be saved & sober and will continue to share in hopes of helping others find hope and inspiration also.

Peace!

About Me

My name is Deanna and I am happy to be on this redemptive path. I got sober from drug addiction/alcoholism in 2010 and returned to a faith in Christ. Additionally, I finished digging my way out of debt in 2017. Today, I’m learning to be a wise steward/investor of my resources while helping other women find their victories too. More about me.
